 Joan “Jody” G. Hooper, the Owner and Qualifying Broker, has over 32 years of experience in the real estate industry. She assists buyers and sellers with residential and commercial properties, as well as land, farms, and ranches in the Las Cruces area. As a former licensed real estate appraiser and instructor for 19 years at Educational Colleges of America and Kaplan Professional School, Jody has licensed many New Mexico appraisers and authored real estate and appraisal textbooks. Her extensive knowledge of new construction has benefited nearly 400 homeowners in Las Cruces. A native New Mexican, Jody is passionate about all aspects of real estate and is dedicated to helping clients realize their real estate dreams and goals. ​
